The Pathway builder is a conceptual tool that will allow hospital administrators to design care process models for clinicians to assess patients with a specific demographic. With this tool, Administrators can establish as many care processes as they need, and clinicians can have an integrated experience that compliments the EHR workflow.

Responsibilities
My colleague was responsible for the clinicians’ experience when administering the questionnaire to patients that complimented the EHR workflow, and I was in charge of designing the experience for the hospital administrators that I explained previously.
